Fall of 2018
Founded and structured a U.S.-registered nonprofit to support certified spiritual instructors with resources, community, and opportunities for collaboration.
Challenge
Many local certified spiritual educators lacked a formal organizational framework to coordinate events, share resources, and advocate for their work. Without nonprofit status, access to grants, partnerships, and tax benefits for donors was limited.
Approach
- Led the legal process for incorporating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, including bylaws, board formation, and IRS filings.
- Built operational infrastructure, including financial systems, membership management, and event coordination tools.
- Developed programs and resource-sharing channels to support instructors in expanding their reach and impact.
Impact
- Established a legally recognized nonprofit serving a growing network of spiritual educators.
- Created a sustainable platform for collaboration, resource sharing, and community building.
- Opened pathways to funding and partnerships that were previously unavailable.
