Context
In Fall 2012, The Clymb—a rapidly growing e-commerce brand—had hit a plateau. Conversion rates were slipping, SEO performance was inconsistent, and the marketing team lacked clear systems for execution. As part of Trisym Growth Partners, I was brought in during this growth stall to evaluate, diagnose, and realign the marketing infrastructure and leadership path.
My Role
I served as an embedded strategy consultant focused on both technical and organizational readiness. My role was to evaluate current tools, talent, and tactics—and help stabilize operations while preparing the team for long-term success.
Action
- Audited all core marketing systems, including SEO, analytics, campaign tracking, and CRM
- Identified critical SEO failures (covered in a separate case study) and data inconsistencies in performance reporting
- Rebuilt campaign processes for clarity, accountability, and scalability
