Context

In Fall 2012, The Clymb—a rapidly growing e-commerce brand—had hit a plateau. Conversion rates were slipping, SEO performance was inconsistent, and the marketing team lacked clear systems for execution. As part of Trisym Growth Partners, I was brought in during this growth stall to evaluate, diagnose, and realign the marketing infrastructure and leadership path.
