Context

In 2012, The Clymb—a fast-growing e-commerce startup—was facing a stall in growth. Despite solid fundamentals, organic traffic had dropped significantly, and marketing efforts were underperforming.

As a contract marketing strategist with Trisym Growth Partners, I was brought in to identify systemic issues and help the team get back on track.

My Role

I owned discovery and analysis of the SEO and analytics infrastructure, with the goal of identifying blockers to visibility and restoring high-performing traffic without adding new paid media spend.
